Forest Femmes Mpls, an open trail group in MN with a focus on having fun, meeting new friends and enjoying nature. Lisa Terrell joins us to chat about the power of women in the woods and the myriad of benefits the Forest Femmes Minneapolis group provides- think friendship, personal growth, healing and so much more.

Lisa gets real sharing her personal reasons why women need to take back the trail and how her own experiences fuel her to empower women to get out into the forest. She and her team provide a safe and welcoming space to help women get out there and enjoy nature whatever their fitness ability.
